I'm back in the Young Women's program as the Laurel Advisor. Never thought I would be in YW's again, but never say never.
I'm teaching the Sunday lesson tomorrow. It's on Taking Care of Our Physical Bodies and the Word of Wisdom. In preparing I had this great idea for a handout. There are 19 girls in the class, but a few are inactive, which brings the number of girls to around 15. Since the girls will probably just throw away paper handouts, I thought about making each of them a mop doll to go with the lesson. The lesson is centered around a paper doll puzzle. I made the mop dolls to take the place of a paper doll handout. I also have an apple for each of them. I'm excited. It's going to be a great lesson.
An apple a day.....
These three are done.
Close up!
My favorite material. It was a scrap piece at Wall Mart that they to gave me. There was only enough for one doll:(
All sixteen dolls. Only three are done, another thirteen to go!
This is the paper doll puzzle.
